Ingredients:
Butter 100g
Sugar 50g
Eggs 2
Cake flour 100g
Baking powder 3g
Matcha - enough to turn the batter green
Plain yogurt 2 tablespoons
Nuts for topping/deco
1. Preheat oven 180C.
2. Cream the butter with sugar.
3. Add 'beaten' eggs little by little.
4. Add sifted flour, baking powder and matcha powder using spatula.
5. Add in yogurt.
6. Pour the mixture into mould and top with nuts.
7. Bake for 30mins.
