Oh! I feel so healthy today ! 我觉得今天好健康哦!

Master of Inspiration bought me 2 avocados last week and the texture is ready to be eaten now.
我朋友上个星期替我买了两颗鳄梨,今天就刚好可以吃啦。

Without 2nd thought " Guacamole" is in my mind. Still don't have enough since she last fed me with her home made Guacamole on rice cracker. That was Yummy!
自从上星期她请我吃过她做的“guacamole”,到现在还觉得吃不够。所以就决定自己动手做!

Preparation: 材料:

First step: Mashed the avocado. 把鳄梨搅碎。
Second: Add in all the chopped & minced ingredients. ( garlic, onions, tomato & olive)
加入切好的番茄,葱,蒜与橄榄。
Last: Season with salt, black pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
最后用海盐,黑胡椒,橄榄油和柠檬汁调味。


I rolled it with green and red pepper also some onions & cheese. Was supposed to wrap with some vege, only found out there are none in my fridge. Still yummy, only problem is the texture is not there.
卷起来就可以吃啦!加萨拉菜会更有口感,可惜家里没了。还是好好吃! 哈哈
