Ingredients: 材料
1 tbsp dried edible lavender flowers 食用薰衣草
180g unsalted butter 奶油
70g sugar糖
300g all purpose(plain) flour面粉
1/2 tsp baking powder泡打粉

1. Crush the lavender flowers and mix well with the butter
薰衣草搅碎与奶油混合

2. Add in the sugar, then follow by sifted flour and baking powder. Mix till is smooth.
加入糖一起搅拌。把过滤后的面粉和泡打粉加入混合至表面光滑。

3. Shaped the cookies
压成形。

4. Baked in preheat oven 170C for 10-15mins.
放入已热的烤箱170C, 10-15 分钟。
