Ingredients:

Extra virgin olive oil
Sweet basils
Pine nuts
Garlic

Step one:
Roast the pine nuts till lightly brown

Step two:
Shallow fried the garlic

Step three:
Blend the roasted pine nuts into smaller pieces, add in olive oil enough to cover it and blend.
Then add in garlic and olive oil, blend till smooth.
Add in sweet basils and blend well.
Add more olive oil if is too thick.

Last:
Pour in a dry bottle. Can keep in fridge for up to a month.

*** You can use it as salad dressing, bread spread and also pasta sauce etc.
